As a result, having this person ignore my attempts to find closure made me see that I view such behavior as toxic and destabilizing.

Through therapy and addressing my traumas, I have gained a deep understanding of the complexities of my mental health and longstanding insecurities, along with the impact of triggers on me. This healing journey has provided me with personal growth and emotional maturity, which I deeply appreciate. I originally called this experience TWIN PAINS because of the significant inner turmoil it caused.
